Recipe: New Year Yum Yums: Grain-free stroke-of-midnight snacks.

  • 1.5 cups / 250 g garbanzo bean flour or amarant flou
  • 8 oz / 220 g cream cheese
  • 6 oz / 170 g canned tuna or salmon
  • Preheat oven to 350º F / 175º C
  • Pour fish into food processor and puree
  • Combine all ingrédients and mix thoroughly
  • Line a 9″ / 23 cm square pan with aluminum foil, pour mixture in
  • Bake 30 – 40 minutes, let cool on a wire rack
  • Slice into individual sized portions, store in sealed container inside refrigerator
