Recipe: New Year Yum Yums: Grain-free stroke-of-midnight snacks.
- 1.5 cups / 250 g garbanzo bean flour or amarant flou
- 8 oz / 220 g cream cheese
- 6 oz / 170 g canned tuna or salmon
- Preheat oven to 350º F / 175º C
- Pour fish into food processor and puree
- Combine all ingrédients and mix thoroughly
- Line a 9″ / 23 cm square pan with aluminum foil, pour mixture in
- Bake 30 – 40 minutes, let cool on a wire rack
- Slice into individual sized portions, store in sealed container inside refrigerator
